If you don’t already know me, I’m Olivia — an expert digital marketer specialising in eCommerce.

Today, I want to share a little bit about my business story with you.

The truth is, business has been in my bones since I was a baby.
I’m not kidding…my mum founded a global skincare brand when I was 18 months old, and I grew up watching her run the business. When I was 17, I started a job working at her company.

I spent over 10 years working in general management to build a strong repertoire of business marketing & skills before finally landing my dream job as a General Manager of a global beauty brand.

At the same time, I decided to take on another big responsibility and commitment and go after a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing. One of my best qualities is my constant pursuit of self-development — I’m always striving to grow as a businesswoman, so studying to become an expert in Marketing was a natural step for me, and one of my proudest accomplishments.

Once I graduated, I quit my dream job and decided to take a leap of faith and use my education & experience to become a Business & Marketing consultant specialising in health, beauty, and fashion.

Now I get to help and empower ambitious CEOs to build leading companies through winning strategy and high-touch support. My secret “superpower” in business is my thorough understanding of how to best transform brands. I take a results-driven, whole-of-business approach to consulting and coaching that maximises growth and profit.

I’m also a mum of three kids under three, so I’m always looking to strike the perfect balance between business and motherhood. As other working mums know, this can be a real challenge! My fiance is a business owner as well, so life is pretty full-on, but we do our best to take it day by day

I want to share my business story to show you that anybody can start a business and make their vision come to life. Leaving my dream job that I’d worked for so long to get was scary, but it was also one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

My goal as a business consultant and coach is to help other CEOs fall in love with their businesses and scale them to 6+ figures. This is possible for you, even if you have babies at home.
