Recognition they have earned

At The Business Advisory, we believe deeply in the power of being surrounded by people who challenge you, support your ambitions and encourage you to keep raising the standard.

But there’s something important we want to make clear about this achievement:

We did not do this. They did.

Every finalist built the business.

They developed the ideas.

They served their customers and communities.

They navigated the difficult decisions, took the risks and continued showing up.

They earned their place as finalists.

Our privilege has simply been having a front-row seat to part of their journey.

And what a seat it has been.

The power of the right room

One of the reasons The Business Advisory exists is to create an environment where ambitious women in business can be surrounded by others who understand what they are building.

A room where success is celebrated.

Where bigger thinking is encouraged.

Where knowledge is shared generously.

Where women can challenge one another, support one another and grow alongside one another.

Seeing 11 members of this community recognised on this scale is a wonderful reminder of what can happen when talented, ambitious women are given the space to keep becoming more of who they already are.

Look at what came out of this room.

We couldn’t be prouder.

Congratulations to our finalists

To Jess, Julie, Kasey, Kathy, Kendall, Leesa, Lisa F., Lisa I., Michelle, Stephanie and Vicky:

Congratulations.

Every nomination is a reflection of your work, your leadership and the businesses you continue to build.

We’ll be cheering loudly for every one of you as the 2026 AusMumpreneur Awards continue.
