Hi OJC family!
I am thrilled to announce that I have won four International Business awards with the Stevie Awards this year!
If you’re unfamiliar, the Stevie Awards were founded in 2002 to honour and recognise the positive contributions of businesses and CEOs worldwide. Now, to win a Stevie award is to win one of the world’s most coveted prizes, which is why I truly can’t put into words how grateful I am to have been named as recipient of awards in the following categories:
Young Female Entrepreneur of the Year
Company of the Year — Business Services — 10 or Less Employees
Startup of the Year — Business Product Industries
Startup of the Year — Business Service Industries
I can’t thank the Stevie Awards enough for their recognition!
If you haven’t been following my journey for very long, you may not know that I left my dream job a few years ago to start my own consulting firm — what soon became the Olivia Jenkins Consulting you’re familiar with today. While I’d be lying if I said there weren’t tons of unique challenges along the way (like COVID-19 hitting shortly after launching, or falling pregnant with my third baby as a brand new business owner), those challenges are what make me even more appreciative and proud to be the recipient of multiple Stevie Awards.
If you’re new to business, don’t give up — even when it seems like nothing is going your way. There is a light at the end of the tunnel, but it only appears when you channel your inner strength, stay consistent, and do the work (no matter how hard or pointless your efforts feel). And if things really aren’t clicking? Help from a trusted mentor is always right around the corner.
I’m off to go celebrate with some bubbly, as per tradition. But before I go, I want to leave you with one final message…thank you. Thank you all X a million for making this exciting achievement possible. I couldn’t have done any of this without your support, and I look forward to serving you on an even higher level in the months and years to come.
